Job Description
Maintain ledger; record and document financial transactions of assigned companies
Prepare and oversees bank reconciliations and balance financial records
Handle monthly payroll disbursements and invoices, and confirm expense vouchers and purchase orders
Check employee timesheets for accuracy
Prepare and present regular reports about finances of company/ies including budgets, debts, deficits, expenditures, and revenue
Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed
Conduct or assist with fixed asset audits
Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns in compliance with payment and reporting regulations.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents
Communicate with Manager on work status and issues that arise
Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or other related course
Preferably a Licensed CPA, but not required
Two (2) years experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and/or Audit in major Philippine and/or multinational corporations
Must be able to communicate well, oral and in writing, with all levels in the organization
Ability to work with a team, cooperate with one another, share ideas, provide advice and pitch in with other coworkers
Keen eye for details and accuracy
Resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadline
Recognized ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and reliable follow-through
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity
