Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget
Investigate and report variances between actual and budgeted costs
Implement regular reconciliation of accounts
Spearhead the proper filing of accounting records and documents
Monitor tax and regulatory compliance of the company and its subsidiaries
Facilitate audits by the BIR, LGUs, and other regulatory agencies
Provide Accounting and Legal departments monthly updates on the status of audits by the BIR, LGUs, or other regulatory agencies
Research tax implications of new tax circulars, laws, memoranda, rules, and regulations and recommends mechanisms for tax savings and avoidance of tax exposures
Assist in the timely preparation and submission of requirements during external/financial audit
QUALIFICATION(S)
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) an advantage
At least 3 years of work experience in the related field
