Job Qualification
A Bachelor's Degree Holder of BS Accountancy
CPA is an advantage but not required
Preferably with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role
Well versed in General Accounting Standards and government regulatories specially with the BIR
Excellent planning and coordinating skills and can coordinate accounting proficiencies with colleagues in the delivery of complete and accurate accounting services
Has very good time management skills, demonstrates sound work ethics and flexible
Has above-average computer skills and knowledge in Accounting Systems and Programs is an advantage.
