Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is looking for a General Accountant / Finance Project Integration Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing financial projects, systems integration, and process improvements within the Finance department. Work setup is hybrid and office is based in Pasig City, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
System Integration: Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to integrate financial systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Project Management: Lead financial projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Key job qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
With at least 2 years of experience in financial project management and systems integration.
With knowledge and experience in using SAP and project management.
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Amenable to report in Pasig City office (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
