The role is required to have deep knowledge / experience on the ServiceNow platform and end to end functionality of one or more ServiceNow modules. This person should be a strong communicator, organiser and have excellent people and customer service skills balanced with technical skills. Key Deliverables : Organise and drive requirements gathering workshops. Responsible for capturing, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements Create a close connect with the client business teams Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team Understand and document As-Is business processes. Gather, analyse and contribute to design and reengineering of business processes Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off. Coordinate and support UAT Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses Desired Experience : Bachelor's degree in job relevant field required Minimum 6 years of job-related experience required (prior IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems, highly preferred) Experience in IT Service Management processes and tools required Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management) preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
