Responsibilities: . Provide consistent high quality & innovative solution leadership on Oracle WACS Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other stakeholders to arrive at optimal solutions. . Analyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to align Oracle's Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices. . Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that satisfy customer requirements. . Arrive at coherent conclusions by undertaking complex analysis, application of reason, and trace performance implications through complex data and scenarios. . Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies throughout the engagement. . Adhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities. . Mentor junior consultants in delivery and ensure the solution approach is in-line with the best practices and future product roadmap. . Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between customer applications. . Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned, innovations or new skills with team members. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. . Contribute to the development and implementation of new service offerings . Work with the services team to identify and implement processes and best practices that improve their agile workplace culture . Deliver managed services as part of cyclic proactive processes to maintain the health and usage of the solution implemented for clients . Ownership and management of the implementation process, best practice and service process improvements . Guide and mentor consultants to implement their range of solutions for clients and partners . Ensure all project artefacts are created in line with company best practices and are stored online in the relevant system . Providing technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to assist them in getting the most out of their technology solutions . Participate in various business initiatives to highlight services impact, representing the client experience and challenging the status quo . Be an escalation point to the global services team, helping troubleshoot various implementation questions/challenges Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BCA /MCA / BSc Comp) or a technical field from a reputed 4-year college/university. . 5+ years' experience with Oracle Work and Asset Management / Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service within the utility industry. . Strong technology-based functional skills in proposing and designing optimal solutions as well as including ownership of the overall solution. . Facilitate requirement gathering sessions. . Domain experience in Energy management, Utilities and or Sustainability . Experience in agile project management of professional service and/or software implementations . Experience in the delivery of training and post implementation support . Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project . Ability to modify/adapt systems, applications, and programs to meet business requirements. . Understanding of complex relational database organization, design, and functionality . Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skill in relating technical information to non-technical personnel . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment . Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter . Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong experience in any one or more Oracle Utilities Products: . WAM and /or WACS - required . CC&B -essential . CCS - essential . C2M, - advantageous . MDM,- advantageous . MWM- advantageous .
