About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will keep up-to-date and well informed about relevant international developments;
You will review KYC records as to completeness including verifying that due diligence has been
You will perform and that Citco's standards are complied with;
You will maintain an instant overview of complete and incomplete KYC records of investors and
You will monitor the actions taken to complete these KYC records
You will handle the KYC-documents in the CFS Document Management System in accordance with the procedures developed;
You will monitor investors and their activities, for those investors designated as requiring monitoring;
You will receive and handle the internal reports of unusual/suspicious transactions as per the procedures developed;
You will secure that all investor relationships are risk rated and reviewed as per established procedure;
You will do timely follow-up on pending items;
You will meet or exceed internal and external quality standards for exceptional customer service;
Other duties which the organization may require as part of the business of CFS
About You:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics & Law /Accounting/ Finance or Economics
You have excellent MS Office skills
You have knowledge of the financial markets and hedge fund industry
You have 1-2 years of working experience specializing in KYC and AML
