Working within Performance Excellence Performance & Insights team, this Functional Lead role is aligned to Business Leadership Teams (BLT) building a deep understanding of these groups and acting as a consultative partner on behalf of Performance & Insights team
The role acts as a key gateway for Customer Operations into the BLTs working closely with BLT leaders within proposition both directly and through various Customer Operations representatives. This includes tracking objectives, initiatives and processes with the appropriate operational performance metrics / targets, as well as identifying analysis requirements to deliver insight on potential improvements.
The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills - working with senior Business Delivery Team (BDT) stakeholders, BLT stakeholders, our colleagues in Performance Excellence and Portfolio Management & Execution
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Foster a deep understanding of each BLT objectives, business processes, capabilities and requirements
Act as single point of contact for CO LT representation within Customer Proposition.
Work closely with the Portfolio Management & Execution team on BLT specific insight generation, deep dives, product analysis.
Managing creation and continuous improvement of key Customer Proposition focused Tableau Dashboards
Deepen the value of our reporting to BLTs, analyzing multiple sources (operational and performance data, voice of the customer, etc) to (a) understand the drivers of customer experience and (b) recommend potential product/proposition
Partner with our colleagues in Reporting, Database quality and Analytics Capabilities to identify the right expertise to support each request & bringing them into the relevant scoping discussions
Participate in the development of critical Customer Operations reporting - ELT report, Quarterly Reviews, providing context/commentary on performance/trends reported.
Present insights and recommendations to Business Delivery teams and facilitate agreement for solution selection and implementation.
Continually improve knowledge of the Business Delivery Team's organization by engaging with customers both from Customer Operations and Portfolio Management & Execution teams
Qualifications/Capabilities
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Familiarity with analytics, defining KPI/Metric measurements, data analysis and visualization.
Experience managing and designing best in class dashboards an advantage.
Ability to work proactively, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of staff.
Must be self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal supervision within a global team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of Customer Proposition & Refinitiv structures.
Strong Microsoft office knowledge (excel, PowerPoint).
Must be prepared to work UK/US hours as and when required.
