Ripple Kids Educational Services, Inc., a subsidiary of RareJob, Inc. is a Japanese Online English School specializing in kids established on January 16, 2017.
Ripple’s service has grown to be one of the No.1 Kids' Online English Schools in Japan.  The majority of schools were for Business English Courses. It does not suit the needs of Japanese kids to learn English. From such a viewpoint, we came up with an idea to establish an online school that caters the needs of English beginners with friendly and comfortable environment and carry-out the Company’s mission that is to encourage 10 million Japanese to speak fluent English.
We are currently looking for:
 
FULL-TIME HOME-BASED ONLINE ENGLISH TEACHERS (ESL TUTORS)
 
Skills & Qualifications
College Graduate; any course, preferably education graduate 
Ability to teach toddlers and kids is a must
Pleasant personality
Good English skills
ESL teaching experience is a plus
Basic computer literacy (Skype, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Must be able to work on the weekends (2-days off will be on the weekdays)
Technical Requirements
Laptop or Desktop
RAM: At least 2GB of RAM (4GB is recommended) with 60 GB free hard disk space available
Processor: Intel Core i3/ i5/ i7 or AMD
Headset with external mic (preferably w/ noise-cancelling feature)
Stable Internet Connection (LAN Connection is a plus)
 At least 3mbps
If applicant is using prepaid LAN/ WIFI, 40GB required load is needed
Ping Test must be < 50 milliseconds
Built-in or external web camera (preferably high-definition camera)
Quiet, clear, and well-lit environment
What our Teachers do:
Provide fun and interactive 25-minute English classes to Japanese students online (Vocabulary, Speaking, Grammar and Pronunciation)
Keep records of lessons and evaluations
Attend trainings to increase competency
Full-time Schedule:
Mondays – Fridays - 1:00PM - 10:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays - 9:00AM - 6:00 PM
*Must be able to work both on Saturday and Sunday w/ 2 days off on Weekdays
 
Training Schedule:
Mondays – Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (for 7 days)
