Job Description
Responsibilities and tasks:
Support Sales & Operations with a seamless process to effectively engage external vendors with the goal of project success and high customer satisfaction
Communicate with and manage external suppliers/partners
Answer requests from Sales and Project Management staff Proactively contribute to the shared workload queue and ensure quick and qualitative service and manage handover appropriately
Effectively manage our partner-relationships and build a structural long term relationships escalate and resolve issues quickly with key account managers for our suppliers
Optimize our margins and conduct cost control to ensure maximum profitability on a project basis
Engage external sample partners on an ad-hoc basis from all sample segments & methodologies negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Monitor and report on external vendor activity including invoices
Calibrate and check that our partners meet the required quality standards and agreed service levels, act as needed and main escalation point
Work with sales in the pre-project phase to assess feasibility of projects Investigate discrepancies between feasibility and fieldwork results, report on results to manager
Build and maintain a partner knowledge database including panel books and rate cards onboard, research and identify new vendors according to established internal process and needs
Prepare quarterly feedback and reporting on partner performance and spend and monitor Rebates/Agreement progress
Proactively monitor and address excessive external sample spend where internal assets could have been utilized better
Utilize Dynata's systems and tools like PM Dashboard, Tableau and CRM in order to effectively monitor and troubleshoot projects in field
Make decisions regarding sampling solutions and work together with sales and client services customizing sample-plans for major projects
Manage requests for refinement questions/live profiling, including translations
Work with various cross-functional teams to make sure we are recruiting the right amount and type of respondents and improve respondent experience Early flag of any capacity issues
Troubleshoot project level setup issues based on guidelines/check-list Utilize systems and tools like PM Dashboard, Tableau and CRM in order to effectively monitor and troubleshoot projects in field
Proactively monitor and reach out to PMs/Sales to address low converting projects and excessive use of invitations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ Years Experience in an International company is preferred
Market Research/Marketing/Buyer or Procurement/Project Management experience is considered a plus
Customer Experience and working with shifting priorities and deadlines Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates highest level of ability in all aspects of communications: written, oral, listening and expressing ideas.
Excellent problem solving ability and exceptional analytical, quantitative and deduction skills.
