Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights, market analysis, and customer engagement. This position requires balancing analytical rigor with strong client-facing skills to ensure that Easyeats' food products meet strict quality, safety, and compliance standards while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in food manufacturing or distribution environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers and distributors, emphasizing food quality, safety, and compliance.
Support the rollout of new product lines, seasonal offerings, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain audit-ready sales records, contracts, and customer accounts in compliance with food safety regulations.
Identify and report potential issues related to product quality, safety, or supply chain disruptions.
Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales analysis, retail, or food manufacturing/distribution.
Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety compliance standards is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across production, warehouse, and logistics functions.
Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and basic accounting for order and inventory management.
Preferred Skills
Experience in food sales, distribution, or FMCG industries.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit requirements in food manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and market evaluation skills.
Capability to translate data into actionable business insights.
