Position Overview
The Front End Web Developer requires a highly focused individual who can maintain and support a large workload of many small to medium production-related tasks for the various company sites.
What you will do at Insight
Updating website content through front end code editing and using proprietary content management systems
Understanding and able to edit responsive website code
Creation of responsive email coding and cross-client compatibility
Image cropping and implementation for website maintenance
What you will need to join Insight
Bachelor's Degree in Programming, or related field, from four-year College or University
1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in graphic design software Photoshop, Dreamweaver
Proficient in front-end languages such as HTML and CSS, and JQuery,
Familiar with CSS Preprocessors (Sass)
Familiar with version control systems
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
Excellent visual design skills
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Marketo, and Adobe Experience Manager
