Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.).
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, takes initiative and can work well under pressure with less supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accept concerns of guests, answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Assist with reservations, bookings, and guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
