ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead the daily operations of the accounting department and ensure full compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of local taxation and financial compliance. This role also plays a critical part in strategic planning and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
At least [5+] years of progressive accounting experience, including [2+] years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of taxation laws and financial compliance in Philippines.
Strong understanding of accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Tech savvy with knowledge in email correspondence, online banking, zoom calls and sharing and willing to learn and adapt to changes in technology.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
