JOB DESCRIPTION
Hand over forms which shall be filled up by the patient;
Refer all patients to the Clinic Manager after the forms shall have been properly filled up;
Explain Intercare’s fees to patients and to potential clients;
Ensure that the next clinic appointment has been registered by the Clinic Manager in the appointment logbook;
Receive payment from the patients and issue corresponding receipts;
Answer telephone inquiries relating to Intercare’s services warmly, cheerfully, enthusiastically, politely, and courteously at all times;
Refer all incoming phone calls pertaining to patient scheduling to the Clinic Manager; and
Perform basic accounting duties.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• At least 1-3 years Front Desk / Receptionist experience.
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With good communication skills, written, and oral
• With strong interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Has professional telephone etiquette and ability to resolve customer complaints in a patient manner.
