FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Summary of Position
 
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. Your warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with your efficient handling of administrative tasks, will ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
 
Responsibilities (General Expectations):
Greet and checks guest in and out efficiently.
Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
Qualifications:
College Graduate of 4 years, degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar)
Basic math skills for handling payments and billing.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest concerns effectively.
