JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This company is a BPO industry who has been incorporated 2005 here in the Philippines. They provide valuable solutions to small and medium businesses across the globe.
Requirements:
Preferably Filipino national who is fluent in French
Proficient in both French and English language
Preferably with 3 years experience in BPO
Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage
Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule
Open for graduate or undergraduate
Responsibilities:
Perform customer support via phone, chat and email both in English and French language
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Take initiative to recommend and implement quality process improvements based on identified trends or others gaps in knowledge
Assisting the customers during hours of operation
Address and helping Client's application issues
