Client Profile: The Company is a Canadian business process outsourcing providing support to its clients for more than 19 years already. It has operation in Philippines, Canada, USA and other countries.
Requirements:
Preferably Filipino that is fluent in French
Foreign National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
At least high school graduate
Preferably with CSR/TSR experience
Technical knowledge is a BIG advantage
Responsibilities:
Serve as product ambassador to French customers
Attend to product inquiries via phone or email
Handle order management and payment processing
Provide solution to reported product issues
Promote and sell additional product needed by the customer
