Responsibilities
Hit Monthly Franchisee partner (FM) signups
Vertical - 4 FMs from 3 verticals
Manpower - 50 Cp's (total from 4FM's)
Territory - Metro Manila
To achieve the above three-monthly targets following must be done: -
Minimum 5 new meetings each week
Regular database creation
Daily calls to fix meetings
Help assist with Onboarding and Training
Manage relationship with FM
FM console creation
Regular coordination with FM
Addressing their concerns/challenges
Daily connect
Sharing info content on app update, relevant MyKuya plans/events, manpower/vertical industry aspects
Keeping track of competition companies and FM's (Market insights)
Booth/standee/event setup etc for assisting FM with manpower aspects*
Passing insights from CP & FM to management in relation to MyKuya partner App, MyKuya Customer App, FM console, MyKuya management etc
Periodic knowledge assessment
Creating a competitive and thriving environment among FM's and help them grow
Assist CBO with sanitizing FM whenever needed
Conveying CP related challenges to FM
Assisting FM with tricks and tips for CP management
Sharing CBO challenges with FM, and helping find solution
Ensuring weekly payment transfers to FM's
Accordance to plan and alignment of MyKuya Management
Bachelor's degree in related field preferably BS Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in the channel partner management or Business Development
Strong interpersonal skills, confident to communicate with different stakeholder levels
Can work independently but has a strong sense of being a team player
Highly effective communicator
Willing to travel across metro manila
Go getter attitude
Confident in giving 1 on 1 and group presentations
Preferably from IT solutions sales
Charming personality
Ability to work under pressure and constantly realign according to Startup's vision
Have a good record in sales and account management
