Acquire BPO is currently looking for a FP&A Senior Analyst to support us, RingCentral:
The SubCOGs Finance team leads financial planning & analysis at the company for Cloud Operations and Telco. We strive to be agents of change and strategic thought partners to the business. We are integrated with teams across the company and work closely with them to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive data-driven results to maximize RingCentral's long term shareholder value.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Responsibilities:
Partnering with R&D, operations, Accounting and Corporate team on program spend, headcount solves, variance analysis, budgeting, modeling and forecasting.
Establish proactive processes and reports for tracking and providing visibility on KPIs and efficiency metrics.
Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and metrics.
Essentials:
At least 2-5 years of working experience in corporate planning/financial planning and analysis role
Has a strong background in Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
Expert at using Excel to manipulate extensive worksheets
Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
Highly analytical, detail- oriented, dynamic and has strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrates strong work ethics
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Amenable to work 12 am to 9 am MNL or 2 am to 11 am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday
