Rate: $6/hr, and earn up to 58,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced founding business development representative. As the first sales person, you will be the face of our products to decision-makers across Marketing, Branding and Content leaders of Brands that sell consumer goods through e-commerce.
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will not only be responsible for expanding our client base but also be playing a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. Run targeted sales campaigns to generate new prospects; effectively communicate our product's value; and keep the sales funnel running like a well-oiled machine. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in outbound sales or business development roles, preferably in a SAAS/Gen AI or technology-based environment. 
Proven experience (0-1 years) in lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales roles, preferably within a startup or technology company.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and experience developing and executing successful campaigns.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, persistent, able to work independently and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other marketing tools.
Knowledge of D2C marketing and branding strategies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Promoting and marketing of our business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients across North America and Canada
Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web and CRM research.
Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 50 calls / 30 emails per day with 7-9 connections.
Scheduling the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to leadership.
Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Hubspot CRM.
Own prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification & initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets
Undertake market research to identify new and potential sectors, organizations, and functions for the product
Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies.
Ability to break down a prospect's requirements and effectively communicate it internally to other teams.
Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
Willing to work in the customer time zone as needed.
We require setting up 10-15 sales qualified appointments every month. We need someone to do 100-150 calls every week.
