As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service across all outlets
Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Create and maintain innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences
Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and implement cost control measures
Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations
Handle guest feedback promptly and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume hospitality setting
Proven track record of success in leading food and beverage operations
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and health codes
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for the hospitality industry and creating exceptional guest experiences
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
