BEVERAGE MANAGER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Comprehensive knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks. Understanding beverage trends, industry regulations, and inventory management is also important.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and other staff members. Strong communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively are essential.
Focus on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
Proficiency in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining beverage quality standards. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability. Knowledge of pricing strategies, profit margins, and financial reporting.
