Provides dedicated and exceptional butler service for guests and VIPs, and facilitates refreshments and transfer arrangement.
Coordinates with different departments regarding guests' needs, such as guest stay requirements, laundry, pressing needs, and bookings.
Prepares the set-up of welcome amenities, and assists with kitchen equipment.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
