FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
 
Position Summary:
 
Responsible for leading and overseeing all outlet restaurants' food and beverage service staff. Ensuring the highest level of service during operating hours and facilities are clean and safe while meeting the financial goals for sales and expenses.
 
Responsibilities;
Manage service aspects in all food and beverage outlets by making rounds to meet members' and guests' needs.
Oversee the overall ambiance of dining areas and bars
Control the cost of all food and beverage outlets by assisting management in purchasing, maintaining effective profit and loss controls and monitoring labour costs.
Review daily sales reports
Maximize food and beverage sales by identifying sales opportunities, including promotions and special events, in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager
Oversee the appropriate pricing structure to optimize yield and achieve desired margins vs Costs.
Ensure a pleasant dining experience in all outlets by collaborating with the Head Chef/Kitchen Brigade.
Maintain Member and guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, concerns and comments and providing solutions, acquiring feedback from the members/guests
Active participation in creating new menus and reviewing the existing ones.
Implement service improvement measures; develop new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Communicate with and team up well with other departments like service, kitchen, and HR for appropriate staff requirements for the day-to-day operations, ensuring assigned responsibilities are carried out.
Review and finalize workforce schedules for Service outlets and the Kitchen department.
Conduct performance evaluations and carry out disciplinary action in accordance with the club policies.
Ensure work deliverables are on time and in the highest standard of quality
Qualifications;
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Hospitality Management
At least three years of working experience as a manager
Must have strong customer service skills
Possess good leadership and positive attitude
Must have background or knowledge in HACCP
Ability to multi-task
Has strong analytical skills and is keen on details
Proficient in English verbal and written communication
