Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial report
Reviews accounting entries on accounts payable voucher
Encodes the month end closing entries (prepayment, accruals, etc.)
Performs review and reconciliation of accounts
Assists Finance team members in addressing Microsoft Navision problems
Prepares worksheets, financial statement and management reports including balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, etc.
Handles ad hoc projects
Communicates with external auditors during interim & annual audit report
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferably a Certified Public Accountant
1 - 2 years experience on reporting section
Thorough knowledge in accounting standards and guidelines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Adept in communicating effectively with people across all levels
MS Office, Microsoft Navision, other operating systems & accounting software
