Welink MCS is hiring for a Financial Planning and Analysis-Senior Manager in behalf of a client partner in the Life Insurance Company

Job Purpose:
•Responsible for the preparation, completion and implementation of local financial plans of the
•company as aligned to the company Strategic framework, and ensure that those financial plans are
consistent with relevant Accounting Standards (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards,
•International Financial Reporting Standards and Regulatory Accounting Principles) and taxation (both local and applicable tax treaties).
•Evaluate and analyze the financial impact of various initiatives, including strategic and
department-specific projects and provide recommendation thereof.
•Ensure compliance on the strategic and tactical direction of the Group by completing the Group
•Management reporting requirements by consistently following the Group management
reporting guidelines.
•Creation and automation of Financial Accounting reports, Investment and Actuarial Valuation in
consideration of the statutory Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and International
•Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements that can aid in business-decision making.
Education & Certification:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, economics and any other related fields.
•Preferably Certified Public Accountant
