The role analyzes financial information through creation of financial models as basis for decision making of the management. It is responsible to identify financial risks and opportunities and be able to utilize them to the advantage of the company. Job Responsibilities: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare financial modelling of business cases to ensure vast understanding of both topline and bottomline opportunities Monitor financial performance through meaningful analyses and reports provided to top management Assist in month end closing activities including but not limited to GAP payments, Sales Incentive calculation, Cost center expense monitoring, and Board Report preparation Prepare financial information / presentation to highlight opportunities and risks in business review sessions Coordinate and respond to external parties, such as shareholders and auditors, in financial related queries and concerns Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance related courses With 3-5 years of work related experience in financial planning and analysis or budgeting and forecasting Must be a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant With working knowledge in accounting and control principles/methodologies Advanced Excel modelling skills is required Highly analytical, with good communication and interpersonal skills
