Lead and oversee FP&A, General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Address and resolve finance backlogs in accounts payable/receivable and optimize cash flow management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple business lines, aligned with both local and regional standards.
Drive system transition to Xero, ensuring smooth setup, adoption, and integration.
Manage P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business planning.
Serve as a trusted business partner to operational and category teams, as well as to regional finance stakeholders.
Develop and motivate a young finance team, instilling discipline, accountability, and high performance.
Balance strategic direction and hands-on operational finance leadership.
Key Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA); additional international certifications (e.g., CMA) are an advantage.
At least 5 years of progressive finance experience spanning FP&A, general accounting, taxation, and audit.
Strong expertise in cash flow management, systems transition, and financial controls.
Proven ability to manage complex finance environments across e-commerce, FMCG, and retail.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to lead and inspire young teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset, high integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
