About the Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist Role:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will report to a Finance Director, and take ownership of the day-to-day operations with regards to financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for areas of financial reporting, planning and budgeting
Prepare annual budget, profit review, quarterly management report
Review monthly financial results including operations cost and productivity measures variances, including bridges and analytics
Ensure that expenses, strategic initiatives, and capital budgets reflect the true financial requirements of the site
Develop budget and monitor actual costs vs plan with periodic review with each leadership team
Understand opportunities, drive objectives of each operation and overall site
Provide financial analytical support to the Finance Director and General Manager on the development and execution of Manila strategies
To succeed in this Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist role, you must have at least five years of experience in financial reporting, planning and budgeting.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Certified Public Accountant
5 - 10 years of financial planning and analysis role
Strong analytical writing, data analysis, presentation, and communication skills is required
Analytical with strong strategic and planning abilities
