R2R Operations
Responsible for the monthly results integrity / books and preparation of Audited Financial Statement (AFS) of the Ice Cream business and its holding companies, including those required by Unilever's joint venture partner
R2R champion for Fixed Assets - ensures fixed asset controls are executed on time and in full by effectively business partnering asset owners from various functions (e.g., Supply Chain team, Workplace Services, etc.)
R2R champion for intercompany transactions - monitor recordings of intercompany transactions and liaise with related parties, OC, and/or 3PSP to ensure they are reconciled and that there are no overdues.
Charging out of shared costs to related parties
Ensures compliance of record to report processes with the Unilever controls framework
Liaising with MCO, OC, and 3PSP teams to ensure a smooth and timely closing of Unilever books
Projects to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and create/protect value
Qualifications
Graduate of any Business Course, with Finance and Accounting units
With previous work experience in Accounting, Tax, and Finance roles
