JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing financial analysis, corporate valuation and projections that are needed for the Company's plans and programs.
·Involves in the development of the consolidated and stand-alone budget financial statements and including the consolidated and stand-alone cash flow statements as well the maintenance of processes, policies, procedures and technology that supports the financial modeling function on each budgeting cycle.
·Serves as management's primary instrument to financial structuring through performance of various financial analyses.
·Prevents erroneous information that will be detrimental to the Company's ability to execute its growth projects, declare dividends to shareholders, and the potential event of default which may result in serious loss of reputation from its shareholders.
·Prepares a reliable financial forecast for reporting to the CFO, President/COO, OPSCOM, major stockholders and the Board.
May be assigned, for any or combination of the following:
·Develops consolidated budget financial statements coming from the annual corporate budget.
Provides financial models for monthly forecasting purposes, expansion projects when engaged to support with the project team and for M&A acquisitions engaged to work with the project team of BDG;
·Uploads latest approved financial forecasts to ERP system;
·Provides relevant financial forecast information to other Finance units and to functional or vertical groups;
·Ensures timely preparation of management reports and presentation materials to both regular and ad hoc requirements, that serve as basis for top management's decision-based on strategic plans
·Provides functional support as software super-user to ensure uninterrupted operation and maximum use of the Company's financial modeling software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in management, finance, accounting, natural sciences or engineering.
Preferably but not required with MBA or Post Graduate Studies.
With at least 1-2 years relative experience in Financial Modelling & Forecasting.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Possess strong organizational and management skills.
Strong problem solving skills and knowledge in basic accounting principles.
