As Financial Control Analyst for Cost CoE, you are responsible for the preparation of accounting and reporting tasks including analysis of financial statements, calculation of month end journals, preparation of GL reconciliations and regulatory/statutory reports. You are expected to assist in the completion of the monthly financial close process, including finalisation of actuals and month on month analytical review to support the integrity of the actuals and prepare statutory and regulatory reports / returns to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to APRA & other regulatory authorities.
You will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Hub Financial Control team to ensure maximum productivity and first-time quality and will also develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and support Financial Control Associate with the approval of tasks.
Role Location: Solaris One Building, Makati
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift Schedule: Dayshift schedules will be adhered to
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Graduate of Accounting, Finance and Commerce or equivalent degree
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA with proven experience in Finance roles
Experience in working with onshore and third-party teams
Demonstrated an understanding of IFRS16, Fixed Asset and PeopleSoft knowledge preferable
Advanced MS Excel skills or ability to write macros is an advantage
