Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,500/month (open to salary negotiation for the right candidate)Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Research & Analysis
Conduct fundamental research on companies, industries, and investment themes.
Build, maintain, and update financial models.
Gather and input data for financial analysis.
Monitor relevant industry events and news.
Assist with primary research tasks and preparation of investment materials, reports, and case studies.
Handle miscellaneous research assignments as needed.
Accounting & Operations
Support the Controller in managing financial and operational processes.
Assist with ad hoc financial and operational requests.
General Administration
Provide comprehensive support to partners and executives in both professional and occasional personal matters.
Take initiative to identify inefficiencies or gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communication where needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Accounting experience required; CPA preferred.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
High attention to detail-accuracy and thoroughness are critical.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Availability to work during late morning to early afternoon New York time.
High ethical standards, discretion, and professionalism.
Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Open to learning and contributing across various areas, including operations and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
