The Responsibilities
·Provide clients with a full suite of solutions for every financial need- protection, health and wellness, education, investment and savings.
·Build a sizeable client base from ground up by soliciting accounts, servicing these and maintaining a long term relationship.
·Invite friends, relatives, former colleagues to also become a financial consultant like you. Expand your business through advisor referral.
The Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / College Degree in any related field
Experience in sales is preferred but not required
Has entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
Has high aptitude for learning; must undergo licensing, trainings & certifications
Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization
Self-starter, self-motivated, goal-oriented and flexible
Strong communication skills
