As in the Investor Reporting function, you will work closely with the Group CFO to ensure the smooth delivery of reporting material.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in research, analysis, consolidation, and drafting of content for investor presentations, materials, and reporting packages.
Help establish internal processes that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the investor reporting function.
Coordinate, and support the preparation for investor meetings
Must have 2 - 5 years in financial auditing, fundraising or investment, investor relations, M & A, financial forecasting evaluation and modeling, or general accounting role with a financial advisor agency, venture capital, private equity, or big 4 accounting firm.
With a strong understanding of Financial Statements and excellent excel skills are desired, while good presentation-making skills and analytic mindsets will be a plus.
Candidate must be self-motivated with a history of taking on expanding roles.
It would be a plus if you are with good knowledge of tech-driven platforms, trucking/warehousing, brokerage, and freight forwarding business.
