Bus Financial Analyst Manila Position Summary: This position will play a critical role in partnership and support of Infor's desire to analyze deal data and economics. Analyzing deal components, economics of transactions closed each and every month. Business and finance teams will be eager to review the output of this important role. The analyst will compile data that can be used to assess pricing, discounting, ranges of win rates, attach rates for multi-element contracts. We are seeking a candidate with business acumen and economic thinking to compile data, scrub data, bring that data together that will clearly help communicate insights and actions around pricing trends, ranges and brackets. Key Responsibilities: . Monthly - pull together data on all closed deals, key data, values, discounts, deal components and other economic deal input . Data will be sourced from multiple systems and require attention to detail. . Some incremental level contract review on complex contracts . Research anomalies and non-standard transactions. . Recognizing and resolving data integrity issues. . Partner with FP&A shared capabilities (Services/Support/Dev/Marketing/G&A) teams to highlight the critical metrics the organization should be reviewing on a regular basis . Build business unit summaries. . Eventually expand into deal loss reporting, and understanding the draft deal, $ pricing. Components . Adhoc analysis Basic Qualifications: . High degree of integrity, humility, and virtues consistent with the Infor culture . 1-3+ years of Financial analysis . Experience with technology industry a plus, contracts, pricing, data analytics . Excellent analytical skills, Excel . Comfort working with large volumes of data and distilling into key metrics that are actionable by Sales and Marketing leadership . Comfortable digging thru data, sifting and identifying and resolving data problems in hand-on environment What will put you over the top: . Comfortable challenging the status quo, pushing controls on data, highlight compliance and rigor needed as part of best practices to improve analytics integrity
