Key Responsibilities of Role
• Provide timely and accurate reporting & analysis of the actual financial performance against historical, budgeted and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan on revenue and volume
• Maintain and assist in developing various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes; ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review
• Coordinate the rolling forecast and annual budget exercise across the Seek Asia markets
• Work closely with members of the Finance team and other stakeholders to perform variance analysis
• Effectively communicate relevant information to company management / business partnering
• Assist in processes, systems and reporting improvement in response to the changing organizational structure and business needs
Skills, Experience and Competencies
The successful candidate will have:
• Professional accounting, finance or relevant professional accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years post qualifying experience in a large corporate / MNC preferably with diverse presence in Asia Pacific countries
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, highly motivated with a can-do attitude
• Proven interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Engaging and objective-minded personality
• Strong MS Excel skills with ability to create complex excel workbook, sift through large data and come up with summarized analysis enabling decision making is a plus
