Job Responsibilities:
Generates a timely and accurate accounting schedules, financial statemsnts, and financial reports for Company projects.
Provides support and administrative services to the sales group, including ensuring the accuracy and timely recording of sales transactions, monitoring the collection of receivables, and processing of sales documents.
Responsible for checking and reviewing accounting entries and documents to ensure the timely and accurate recording of a project's transactions.
Assisting the sales people through the immediate processing of sales documents such as clearances and statements of accounts.
Facilitating the release of bank loan proceeds by ensuring that bank policies and procedures are met.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
