About the Job:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our clients in delivering accurate financial services in a virtual/online setting. In this role, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, data processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting to ensure timely and reliable outputs. You will also manage expense tracking, including receipt entry and matching, as well as generate weekly expense reports using specialized software. Working closely with foreign executives, you will provide direct support by clarifying entries, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that all financial data is accurate, organized, and compliant with established processes. This role requires strong accountability, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related field.
Preferably with experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications and financial software.
Highly responsible, accurate, and process-oriented with strict adherence to timelines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate urgent or complex matters when necessary.
Good team player; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication skills for direct coordination with foreign executives.
Willing to work on-site at McKinley, Taguig.
Open to US hours (graveyard shift).
Can start immediately (preferred).
