The Many Roles of a Financial Advisor:
A financial advisor is the financial planning partner of the client. Let's say the client wants to retire in 20 years or send his child to a private university in 10 years. To accomplish the client's goals, he needs a Licensed Financial Advisor to help him make these plans a reality; this is where YOU as a financial advisor comes in.
Together, you and your client will cover many topics, including the amount of money he should save, the types of accounts he needs, the kinds of insurance he should have (including long-term care, critical illness, education funding, disability, etc.), and estate and tax planning.
The financial advisor is also an educator. Part of the advisor's task is to help the client understands what is involved in meeting his future goals. The education process may include detailed help with financial topics. At the beginning of your relationship, those topics may include budgeting and saving. As you advance in your knowledge and skills, you will assist him in understanding complex investment, insurance, and tax matters.
You have to consistently and continuously monitor and update the client's financial status.
In general, we are here to help spread the importance of financial literacy. We offer solutions to clients, such as investment, life insurance, critical illness, retirement fund, discipline savings, kid's education, estate planning, and wealth management, among others.
