1. Responsible for the safe keeping of Fixed Assets and its related lapsing and depreciation expenses.
2. Checking of general disbursement if within the approved budget.
3. Prepare the monthly Bank Reconciliation.
4. Preparation of schedules as per audit requirements and as per needed by Management.
5. Ensures that month end financial reports are properly prepared.
6. Process check vouchers, journal vouchers and other financial transactions
7. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
8. Enter and post transactions in the accounting system
9. Generate and prepare regular reports for financial analysis and decision-making purposes
10. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements
11. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits and provide supporting information
12. Ensures that all confidential information are secured and only disclosed in accordance with Company policies.
