Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM QLD)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role
Highly skilled in Excel
Great at stakeholder engagement
Nice to Have:
Working Knowledge of QlikSense (QlikView) is advantageous
Working knowledge of SAP and BPC is advantageous
What will you do?
Daily bank uploads
FX Settlement processing
Weekly bank reconciliations
Ensure completeness and accuracy of month-end closing activities
Manage completeness and accuracy of prepayments register
Manage a system of controls, procedures and forms for management of fixed assets and leases
Ensure full compliance with the relevant accounting policies and standards
Ensure all external and internal reporting deadlines are met
Management of authorization for expenditure of capital budget.
