Innoland Development Corp. is on the lookout for its next Finance Supervisor to join the team!
 
As Finance Supervisor, you shall oversee and monitor the financial transactions of all properties under Innoprime Property Management Services.
 
The position involves:
Ensuring compliance with taxation and BIR reportorial requirements.
Generating periodic financial statements for the Condominium Corporation.
Check billings, statements of accounts, and vouchers generated by the admin office.
Monitor and update the periodic reconciliation of the Condominium Bank account balances.
Qualifications:
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Major in Accounting
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles
Well-versed in financial statement preparation and analysis
Keen on mathematical computation and details
Must have organizational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and coordinate and complete tasks within established timeframes
Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval
Proficient in MS Office applications and business management systems
With excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels of the organization.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
