The Finance Supervisor position is responsible for providing consolidated financial reports and preparing financial models as tools for business decision.
Providing assistance to the Business Units in the areas of Finance and Accounting, and in supporting the CFO in the review of the BU's financial results and tax strategies.
Prepares variance analysis and explanation of financial statements against prior year, budgets and reforecasts; and highlights key issues to the Finance Manager for comments, recommendation and resolution.
Standardizes the analysis and presentation of financial and
operational information across all different BUs. * Identifies and resolves issues in relation to financial statement
review. * Escalates to the Finance Manager related issues for
further guidance and resolution.

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
At least 3 years' experience in finance and accounting in the corporate setting
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, or any related course
Mastery of the use of the spreadsheet software and other related applications, including financial modelling
Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure
design
Keen ability to motivate staff to optimize work deliverables
within tight time frames
Understanding of the risk management strategies and processes
Associate / Supervisor Accounting and Finance Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
