Ensures audit working papers are prepared in accordance with professional standards in order to provide adequate documentation for audit findings, conclusion, and recommendation. 3. Ensures that the company's internal control and procedures are effective, efficient, adequate, and conform to industry practices, corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and Philippines Audit Standards (PAS). 4. Leads the conduct of Region audit and Branch Audit. 5. Conducts special audit and investigate fraud cases upon instruction of the Internal Auditor 6. Performs such other duties that maybe assigned to or required by the Internal Auditor from time to time. 7. Reviews if company's financial reporting systems and policies to ensure that accounting reports are accurate, and complete. 8. Evaluates employees' compliance with operating procedures to ensure they abide by laws and regulations, company and Finance Dept. policies, when performing duties. 9. Reviews draft audit findings and recommendations for the assigned audit. 10. Finalizes audit reports for submission and presentation to the Finance Head and Executives Committee. ABOUT YOU 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Good interpersonal skills 3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. 4. Strong organization and project management skills. 5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor's degree in Internal Audit, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field. 2. At least 6 years relevant work experience in Audit, Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred. 3.
