EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Global Commercial Finance ("GCF") team will deliver a harmonized service that provides a consistent and seamless high-quality experience to all stakeholders. Shared Delivery Hub in GCF acts as the deal support center for SAP's Customer Success team across Asia, Pacific & Japan ("APJ") and Greater China ("GC") regions. Supporting them with deal shaping, deal approval, contract creation and various other activities related to Software licensing.
DAILY TASKS
Review deals: Ensure details are complete and correct, and deal complies to SAP policies and guidelines with collaboration across Sales, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition etc.
Contract preparation: Responsible for preparing contract documents from template and
adding/drafting language for deal specifics including On-premise software licenses and cloud services.
Contract management: Maintain SAP's contract records and contract related data in SAP's contract management system.
Validation: Review returned contracts prior to booking for compliance with internal policies and controls. This is for Concur business only.
Work to deliver tasks within the team's Service Level Agreement.
Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload from the Sales team.
Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing Deals and other transactions end to end.
Contribute ideas to drive efficiency and process improvements.
QUALITIES needed to be successful in the role
Strong attention to detail: Be able to spot errors, omissions, inconsistency, and ambiguous language.
Ability to manage expectations and prioritize: Multiple deals can be categorized as urgent and need to be able to manage expectation and prioritize tasks according to guidelines.
Excellent stress management: Ability to work within a high-pressure environment.
Team Player.
Ability to be proactive and work autonomously.
Self-motivated learner and good communicator.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Tertiary qualification from University or College
Bachelor's degree in business, Law or Economics is an advantage
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably 1 year or more experience within bid management, process management, procurement, software licensing, contract administration, business or sales operations
Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
Experience with SAP systems is a plus
