Job Description
What are your role will involve
Maintain our inventory system through:
Running weekly sales order uploads and maintaining accurate stock on hand balances
Creating & managing purchase orders and suppliers
Receiving stock and transferring between warehouses and 3PLs
Create & manage SKU codes/ BoM/ product triggers/ assembly
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
With at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in BPO/ Shared Services industry
Task orientated with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on quality
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Naturally empathetic, reliable, caring, with strong problem-solving skills
Team player with a focus on partnering with stakeholders to improve the way we get things done
Bonus points if you have (not a must)
Experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
Experience in an eCommerce business or in the health and wellness industry
Interest in how digital businesses work and a willingness to learn
