Job Description
Prepare payment request and validates the completeness and veracity of the attachments
Prepare Check Voucher & Check and record it in the Accounting Software
Prepare the BIR 2307 Certificate for Suppliers
Submit summary of schedule on time for payment purposes
File monthly, quarterly and annual income tax and its attachments
Maintain and update posting of transaction to appropriate books of accounts
Prepare Journal Vouchers related to month-end closing
Performs analysis of accounts
Monthly Expense Liquidation Report
Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation
Process Billing Invoices to Clients
Record collection in the OR Register
Monitor and Checking of Customers Receivables
Update and monitor Aging of Accounts Receivable
Follow-up Collections and reconcile to customers records
Deposit all Collections to designated bank
Filing of all financial documents
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, deductions, and job title and department/division transfers
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc.
Determines payroll liabilities by calculating income tax, employee's contributions to gov't institutions (i.e. PagIBIG, SSS, Philhealth), employer's share and workers compensation payments.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other accounting - related tasks that maybe assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any relevant course.
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting & payroll role.
Must be keen to details, willing to learn, and can work with minimum supervision.
