Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing financial operations on behalf of our clients, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining sound financial management practices. With the expertise of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the position provides strategic financial guidance while also supporting overall business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, optimal resource allocation, and streamlined workflows.
Financial Oversight: Utilize your CPA expertise to manage budgets, financial forecasting, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee a small team to ensure high performance, smooth operations, and the achievement of key objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to implement operational initiatives and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Must be a Filipino citizen and a resident of the Philippines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willing to learn the process of Philippine visa applications (work, tourist, etc.) for foreign nationals.
An MBA or MSc in Finance is highly preferred
Amenable to work 6days/week? Monday-Saturday (9:00AM-6:00PM).
